How does it work?

The array has positive and negative charges coming from the machine. You wear a wrist band for conductivity and a belt for heating your waist area. You will place your feet into a foot detox tub with warm water and Himalayan Salt being added for the detoxification work.

Why would I not do a foot detox?

It is not recommended to go through with a foot detox if you have or are any of the following:

  • Pacemaker

  • Pregnant

  • Organ Transplant

  • Issues with blood

How often should I do a foot detox?

Refresh and Health recommends 1-2 times per week depending on how cloudy the water is after the initial foot detox session. You do not want to detox too much because you may get a headache or nausea from to much detoxification.

How long is a foot detox session?

At Refresh & Health, we conduct individual foot detox sessions that last 30-minutes each.

We highly urge you to drink lot's of water before and after a detox to keep your body hydrated.
